Production & Processing of Diagnostic Testing Products

We can design automation for the precise assembly of lateral flow tests, swab sticks, blood test components, and diagnostic cartridges, test elements and consumables such as glucose test strips, swabs, tubes, and collection devices. Automation includes controlled dosing of reagents, debagging and racking and samples, sealing and collation of test kit components into packaging.

We develop automation for the handling of diagnostic test components rapid lateral flow tests and consumer home testing kits. Our systems ensure reliable handling of sensitive materials while maintaining traceability, consistency, and high-throughput production at scale.
